Frequently Asked Questions
You will be billed for your first box at the time of your initial purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew each quarter on the 15th of the month until you cancel your subscription or opt out of renewal.
Your Swag Pack will ship every 3 months between the 8th and 15th of each month.
Once your pack has shipped, you will recieve tracking information via email OR via our website.
- Login to your account at www.greekswagpack.com.
- Select “My Account” (top right corner of browser window)
- Review the “Your Subscription(s)” area
- Locate tracking number via USPS
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your swag pack was damaged or missing an item. You may return unwanted items within ten (10) days of receipt to:

Upon receipt of your product we will issue a credit for the item. After 10 days items are FINAL SALE and refunds/exchanges will not be accepted.
Subscriptions can be canceled or paused at any time by logging in to your account. If you’ve already been billed for this quarter’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.
- Login to your account
- Go to your account tab and click Edit under the address.
- This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.
